Ezgi is a highly experienced HR professional with over 20 years of global expertise across multiple sectors and regions, including the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and the Caribbean. She specializes in building HR departments from scratch, leading teams through organisational transformation, and managing complex HR functions such as talent acquisition, workforce planning and employee engagement.
Most recently, she served as People Director for NEOM’s THE LINE Project, overseeing People Services and strategic HR initiatives for AtkinsRéalis, Jacobs and Parsons. Prior to this, Ezgi was Head of HR for Kier International, where she managed HR operations across the Middle East, Hong Kong, and the Caribbean, driving talent management, compensation alignment and employee engagement programs. She also led HR for Carillion MENA, overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, and worker welfare across multiple regions.
Ezgi holds a BA in Political Science and Public Administration and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma. Her expertise in HR strategy, talent management and organisational change have consistently helped businesses achieve growth and operational success.
